Role: Research and development of deep learning solutions for lung cancer diagnostics. Responsibilities include:
  • Researching current s.o.t.a in deep learning/computer vision techniques for training on small medical imaging datasets.
  • Developing prototypes for lung cancer diagnostic prediction from images as well as multi-modal data.
  • Developing NLP for clinical information extraction from radiology reports.
  • Working with clinicians to create datasets for effective training and validation of ML models.
  • Working with clinicians to validate ML models and publish results in international clinical conferencecs.
